Re-Cap - Everything You Need to Get Rid of Cankles

So I thought it might be a good idea for my last blog post on cankles (*sob*) to be a bit of a re-cap on everything I’ve covered in the rest of my blog!

This way I can give you guys all the information you need in one place.

The first thing you need to do, before you even start thinking about exercising or even surgery (!), is figure out what causes your cankles in the first place.

There are only three main causes of cankles:

• Obesity
• Water Retention
• Genetics

In my second post I went through the symptoms of each cause so that you could easily recognise what was happening to create the appearance of your cankles.

I bet a lot of you have found that part of the problem is water retention right?

And I bet even more of you found that weight gain was an issue.

Well in my next two posts I went into detail about how to lose weight and choose a diet plan that would suit your needs.

Losing weight, to me, is all about following 3 simple steps:

• Get support
• Set goals
• Find a diet plan and follow it

These steps were the focus of my third post, which I put a lot of effort into.

As a special half week post, I decided to write about how to go about finding a diet plan suited to you.

I am no expert on diet plans, but in my experience the best one on the market at the moment is The Diet Solution, which I follow myself and have seen consistent weight loss from – it really has changed my life!

I then went on to discuss tackling water retention.

This is an important issue for cankles sufferers as not many people actually know about water retention and how to prevent it.

An important part of getting your body in shape, as we all know, is exercise.

Luckily for us, there are many exercises we can do in our own homes which tackle cankles and help to improve their appearance by adding definition to the area.

I researched the best cankles exercises and tested them out over the months I was trying to get rid of my cankles and came out with the top four that really gave me killer legs.

The next topic I covered was a controversial one.

For me, cosmetic surgery is not the way out, but I can sympathise with those of you who really feel there is no other option.  This is why I decided to find out all about the procedures involved and give some clear information – to help people make an informed choice.

Finally, I covered ways to conceal your cankles so that you can make the most of the rest of your body while working on your problem area in secret.
